NY Fashion Week: Net-a-Porter lunch

If you're at all interested in luxury fashion items, you're probably familiar with Net-a-Porter.com (pronounced "net-a-por-TAY"), one of the best online fashion boutiques around. They carry pretty much every amazing designer out there, making it easy for those who don't live near decent department stores to buy high-end merchandise.

The shop threw a classy luncheon in one of the patios at Lincoln Center so regional editors like myself could get a feel for their products. I had a lovely time chatting with the trend specialists, sipping white wine and nibbling on some appetizers. It also didn't hurt that just by attending the lunch and signing up with the site, you got a $200 store credit. I've already filled up my wish-list with possible buys.

Here are some shots from the afternoon:

I was starving at this point and tried not to eat like a total pig — hard to do when you're super hungry.

They had racks of clothes along the perimeter of the space featuring every high fashion designer you can think of. So luxe!
