It stormed all weekend, but on Saturday afternoon, just as it seemed all hope was lost, the sun came out for about four hours. My boyfriend and I raced to our rooftop to enjoy bare legs, blue sky and lemonade. I put on a polka-dot sundress that I thrifted a few months ago, back when it seemed like summer would never arrive, paired with a pair of cheap, beaded sandals from Target.
This week is gonna be a busy one. I'm proofing layouts galore and gearing up for a photo shoot about an hour and a half away on a farm in Wisconsin. Here's hoping I remember to apply and reapply and reapply sunscreen so I don't wind up with a red nose like my last outdoor shoot. It's still peeling!
