I was pleased to discover the awesomeness that is NAHM this afternoon. Launched last fall, the line is named for the first and last initials of its co-designers, Nary Manivong and Alexandria Hilfiger. They set out to perfect the shirtdress and continued the masculine theme throughout their Spring/Summer 2012 collection, which was inspired by the French film "Belle du Jour."
I love the chic, simple silhouettes, razor-sharp collars and geometric shapes in these garments. But most of all, I love the maplike prints, which reference Manivong's Laotian heritage. It'll be exciting to see the direction this brand takes.
