OUTFIT POST: Nighttime Floral
Went tromping through the University of Washington campus during the last few hours of summer a couple weeks ago. The weather has since turned jacket-mandatory. We're almost into tights weather, but I'm holding off. The Minnesotan in me won't wear tights til it's sub-60 degrees.
I thrifted this vintage dress a couple months ago. It was one of those "is this horrifying or do I love it" moments — I opted for the latter. The oversized fit and competing prints won me over. I'm wearing it with a 3.1 Phillip Lim bag that I bought for Fashion Week (click here to see what I packed inside). It's proven to be the single most versatile item in my closet. I carry it everywhere.
Life is about to get interesting, in a very good way. After ten long months apart, my boyfriend is finally coming to join me in Seattle. I couldn't be happier. It's the perfect timing for cozy fall nights full of soup, movies and hot drinks. In other words: perfection.
