I've been a long-time fan of Linda Hirschberg's Screen Tests video series for W mag. She's interviewed dozens of top actors (Brad Pitt, Nicole Kidman, Mila Kunis, etc.), and now some of the industry's top models are opening up for her camera.

I loved this cute video of Karlie Kloss talking about her shrimpy prom date, and juggling high school and couture shows.
