Street Style at New York Fashion Week

Posing for street fashion photographers has become a big part of attending Fashion Week, whether you like it or not. Unfortunately, in between going to shows and blogging, I rarely have time to try to find the photos, so I was tickled when my friends back home started sending them to me. Here's the best of what they found:

Sipping water outside Rodarte — shot by The Sartorialist

Layered neutrals and blessed flats — shot by The Locals

Flea market top and fingerless gloves, outside Prabal Gurung — shot by Nobody Knows Marc

The same look, outside Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony — shot by Racked

An oversized, boyish outfit outside 3.1 Phillip Lim — shot by StyleSight

Notice a theme of long wool coats! I brought three with me, which took up an entire carry-on suitcase. They were all thrifted at the same Value Village in Lynnwood, WA.
