I love this Cruella-esque black and white editorial for Vogue Russia. Repeating the same head-to-toe, straight-on perspective for each shot put the attention fully on the wardrobe and energetic posing. Photographers often mix things up with different crops, but it wasn't necessary here.

The subtle, blink-and-you-missed-it pops of red were a nice touch too. And talk about the perfect use of fur — swoon!

I'm nursing a brutal cold this weekend, alternating between Benadryl and Nyquil, naps and TV. It sucks. I likely picked it up during a whirlwind trip to New York for a shoot earlier this week. ​(see a sneak-peek shot here!)
